This resort looks great, and was very clean. But it was lacking in the amenities available. Examples - you have to buy your own coffee pods. The kitchen doesn't have oven mitts and many other important kitchen items. You have to pay if you want your room cleaned - including if your kid has an accident. There are no extra towels and no extra pillows, and you can't request them. Everything costs money, nothing is included. The theme park shuttle was convenient, BUT it took us 2 hours to get there (a 30 minute drive by car), and 2.5 hours to get back.
Overall, not a bad place to stay, but be prepared to pay for everything and be treated as a giant walking dollar sign instead of a guest.
