The resort is beautiful, specifically the waterpark, splash pad and pool; however if you do not pay for pool chairs or cabana you are stuck walking around with your belongings especially if you arrive before checkin..the hotel doesnt extend any courtesy and there isnt an option to pay for early checkin as the website states. You also can not call and ask if your room is ready, youre stuck waiting on a text or go back to the front desk to ask if you're room is ready. You have to pay for parking which is $39. The seats which are avaliable at the pool are first come basis. So youre basically walking around with all your stuff for a majority of the time, you can just drop your stuff on the floor but we had our phones, wallet etc. It was a horrendous experience, but it also was memorial day weekend . Anyways we went back to the front desk at 5 pm after the waterpark and pools were closed due to weather and our room was not ready, we were told it would probably be another hour or so. We were wet with 3 young kids and waiting for a room so we decided to leave after we ask for our reservation to be cancelled. I personally think the hotel is managed poorly and poorly staffed. They shouldnt have accepted so many reservations if you can not deliver.
