EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We didn’t get to stay! The “host” canceled the reservation when we pulled up to the property!We drove all the way to Orlando for MEGACON with a VRBO reservation to stay at this property. I never received an email from the host with information on how to gain entry to the suite. So, I messaged them to ask what I needed.The only response I received from the host was, “Not Available. Must have been a system error. Contact VRBO.”After that message neither I, or VRBO, could reach the host after multiple attempts.So, I would advise to not deal with this “host”. They are terrible.However, VRBO took really goo care of us seeng what the “host” had done.They gave us a full refund and put us up in a fantastic water resort on their dime.That was truly amazing. Thank you, VRBO for helping us out. Otherwise, we would have been in a pickle.As for the “host”, Don’t depend on them to keep their word. And that to me, is the worst kind of human.
