不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Definitely the worst experience I ever had. A strong moldy smell in the room. They didn’t provide shampoo or body wash. You have to go to the frontdesk to get a hairdryer. No room cleaning, no towel changes, no fresh sheets during 5 days I stayed there. A/C is extremely noisy.
One thing is extremely rude and ridiculous is that a lady called me half a day after I have checked out, accusing me of taking others cards. At first I thought she was talking about the entry cards of the room. I confirmed it with her and explained that I have left them to the front desk when I left. Suddenly she got very rude and insisted I had stolen others cards (still I don’t know what cards she was talking about, credit cards?) and threatened to call the police. Come on pls check your security cameras. And don’t false accuse your guest without any proof!
