Definitely the worst experience I ever had. A strong moldy smell in the room. They didn’t provide shampoo or body wash. You have to go to the frontdesk to get a hairdryer. No room cleaning, no towel changes, no fresh sheets during 5 days I stayed there. A/C is extremely noisy. One thing is extremely rude and ridiculous is that a lady called me half a day after I have checked out, accusing me of taking others cards. At first I thought she was talking about the entry cards of the room. I confirmed it with her and explained that I have left them to the front desk when I left. Suddenly she got very rude and insisted I had stolen others cards (still I don’t know what cards she was talking about, credit cards?) and threatened to call the police. Come on pls check your security cameras. And don’t false accuse your guest without any proof!

New, clean, reasonable price. Stuff is nice. Only concern is AC unit is little loud on and off since no central AC. Would love to recommend to friend and live in again.

El hotel es muy bonito, edifico moderno, Exelente ubicación, atención del personal muy amable. La cocineta de la habitación facilita el almacenar y calentar alimentos y bebidas. Aspectos por mejorar: 1. Creo que el hotel es muy básico, menaje de las habitaciones muy sencillo, no hay limpieza diaria de la habitación, solo un paño para toda la estancia, igual con el jabón, papel higiénico escasos, no hay reposición. 2 El acceso a WI FI no es nada amigable, de hecho no pude conectarme. 3 No encontré recipientes para la basura reciclable.

Although it was advertised as sweets, it was poorly equipped for anything there was nothing in the drawers. As far as utensils. There was nothing to heat with. There was no coffee pot. There was a giant refrigerator unnecessary, and there was no amenities in the room no shampoos no anything so it was pretty much useless to have all this cabinetry to have no function.

Horrible bed, my daughter and I almost slept on the floor because the bed was old, dirty and broken. Towels dirty and very old. Bathroom was dirty as well and without good conditions. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
