Great location and friendly staff. Amenities are only provided the first night, then you either have to pay for extra or bring your own. Really meant for longer term stays. Excellent economical choice for the area’s price point even during holiday weekend the rates were the same.

I reserved this hotel and was extremely happy until I started receiving illogical noise complaints from just talking and noise complaints about my grand baby. Which then turned into threats to call the sheriff and we weren’t even partying with loud music or nothing and the staff became rude about the whole situation when I asked if I could be moved to another floor or transfer she just said I can just check out right now because apparently she didn’t want to be bothered and I had already made reservations for the week. When I asked if I can maybe transfer to another WoodSpring she just kept telling me I can instead check out now. Rude as hell for no reason. I promise we were only talking. No loud music or nothing to be treated like I didn’t pay for the week. Very dissapointed when I was happy here. Just got home from work and had a horrible experience with the rude staff. I will now never recommend this place since it seems to be a 55plus community. Elevators weren’t working and the first floor wasn’t available so that the baby’s steps wouldn’t bother anyone and when I asked her about another floor she just said we can just check out instead. Unnacceptable. Heavy set goth lady with the tattoos should be removed from your business. She was abnoxious over talking and a baby, never go here !!

The bathroom could've ben cleaner. Felt/heard bed springs and bed wasn't very comfortable. The 'property' we didn't see when we got there. It was dark. Looked pretty good in the morning. Evening and day staff were great.

This hotel was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, the staff was not friendly and very unwelcoming. The photos on Expedia were incredibly deceiving. The rooms and rest of the hotel looked nothing like the photos. The halls smelt terrible and the carpet was disgustingly stained. The room also had an odor. The floor in the room had grease spots all over and the bathroom floor and shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well. We would not walk anywhere in this hotel, even the room, without shoes on. There was no hairdryer in the room, no small shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash, no hand towels, etc. The kitchenette didn’t look clean and there were no pots/ pans/ cooking utensils in the room. There was no coffee maker, coffee, tea, etc. available in the room. There was no ice bucket or ice machine in the hotel, you had to use ice trays in the freezer to make your own ice. When we checked in, I was asked how many guests would be traveling with me. Despite asking this, we only had 2 towels, bath mats, and wash cloths. When we asked for additional, clean towels, we were told we could only have 1 extra. We were not given clean replacements for our towels. Quiet hours were not enforced, as other guests were very loud all throughout the night. I was traveling with my mom and elderly grandmother and none of us felt comfortable going anywhere by ourselves. My grandma also saw a roach. People were always loitering in the parking lot. If you are considering staying here, don’t.

Disappointed I had to go to the front desk to exchange towels, sometimes the towels that I received were not folded they were just thrown in a garbage bag not folded The kitchen utensils, pans skillet were very old looking, only received 1 small skillet, very worn, 1 small pan worn, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 1 large plastic spoon, 2 coffee cups, 1pasta strainer No dish rags, In the bathroom we didn’t get any hand towels We had to take the trash out to the dumpster Nobody came to clean the room “was told by other guest that they only clean every other week I don’t know if taking out your own trash and changing towels is the way extended stay work but I wasn’t told up front

Check in was easy & staff was friendly. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable. So this place is NOT like your average hotel/motel as I was told. With that said, I was advised if I needed clean towels I have bring down the dirty ones and they'll exchange 'em IF they have clean ones or they'll wash 'em. NO hand towels.I asked for a couple and was told they don't have any. I was given a bath mat & wash cloth to use as such. The shower had soap scum and the whole floor was sticky. Asked front desk for a mop so I could mop the floor. She told me she'll let housekeeping know and they'll do the floor in the a.m. We were gone the whole day and the floor was the same. Complained about it again and was told the same thing. There WERE NO DISHES, UTENSILS etc to cook a meal. The carpet in the halls & elevator were dirty and smelled like feet. I don't think it was vacuumed the whole time we were there. This place could be better.

Let me start with the positive things, first of all the staff was very nice. Bedding and towels were clean. Now the negative stuff. My husband and I stayed here for ten days and every day we smelled marijuana in the hallway and elevator. The place doesn’t provide any utensils or dishes. Outside of the building there were overflowing garbage bags that were just accumulated. Also, the same people lingering around the building, not sure if they were actually renting or what?!?! For the price they charged us to stay it was ok. But bring a package of Sami-wipes to sanitize the room for your own peace of mind.

This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that makes you give your used towels to staff to get washed and the you have to wait for them to be washed then to get them back. They don’t do daily cleaning. And the room doesn’t come with An iron you have to go to the front desk to get it. Then at the front desk there’s only one person when I checked it at 6pm a person booked Multiple rooms for people which took almost an hour to get that person checked in. The people at the front desk have attitudes when you ask them something
