“First of all, I am convinced that a lot of the reviews on Google are either paid or written by friends. The hotel has no fitness center or breakfast available so that is just wrong information written by people who have never been here… Anyways you get what you paid for. When I entered my room the toilet was filled with grime and muddy footsteps. The sheets were also stained before I had slept on them. The service tends to be slow and inattentive. “It"s s fraud hotel. Do not book rooms in this hotel. I booked 1 room for 5 days and paid the money online. Later I called the hotel and tried to cancel the booking so instead of cancelling the booking they asked me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they will contact the hotel for refund. They received the response from the hotel that they will not refund my money. So this hotel has zero customer care . My advice to Expedia that they should blacklist this hotel.”
