“Great time in nice condo”

“Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We booked a room for 5 nights for much needed vacation. Checked in late and went to bed. Our bed sheets smelled funny and in the morning we discovered they had blood stains on them and hadn’t been changed by housekeeping from the prior users. I went to the front desk and asked if housekeeping could please change our sheets. The front desk manager “Maddie” said we would have to pay for housekeeping to come in as they don’t have……

“Perfect studio for us. We loved the private balcony where we enjoyed watching the lake activities including 2 sets of ducks with their baby ducklings pass right under our deck.”

“We stayed here for two nights. It was clean and comfortable and very close to where we were meeting the boat we were going fishing on. It’s also very very close to downtown so it was an easy walk. The view was nice. The only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is there was next to no cupboard space in the kitchen to put anything that we brought. So we ended up stacking it up on the counter. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless. ”

“It’s summer on the lake but smoke is around. That said, that’s honestly the only downer; everything about the condo, location, pool, area to even get drinks (virgin and alcohol fun), lake, cleanliness, quietness…all was superb. Definitely will be back!!!”

“We loved the modern look of the condo. It felt clean and beachy. It was small, but accommodated my family of 6 nicely. Beautiful views of Lake Chelan. Our only complaint was that the slide at the pool was broken.”
