The apartment, approximately 50 m² in size, is romantic and features a spacious veranda balcony furnished with a table, chairs, and a sofa, allowing you to enjoy the sea view at any time of the day. Access is characterized by a descending flight of stairs leading to the fenced courtyard, where you'll find the barbecue, outdoor shower, and another table with chairs for al fresco dining.

Among the amenities offered are a fully equipped induction kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a small oven, and an Italian coffee maker. You will also find a hairdryer, iron, wireless internet access, and a television.

The bathroom is complete and features a shower.

The property is ideal for families or friends if booked together with Dimora del Mare and Dimora dell'Arco, accommodating a total of 11 guests.
