“Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. ”

“My husband and I spent the weekend in this adorable little house and it was perfect. We received very clear instructions and had no issue finding the place or getting checked in. It seemed like a nice, quiet neighborhood and we found all kinds of restaurants and coffee spots in the area. The pillows are a bit flat but we had our own so it wasn’t an issue for us, and the bed was comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! ”

“We were visiting Chico for an event and this lovely place happened to be right down the street. If the weather had been better, we'd been able to take advantage of the park, right across the street! The unit was private, very nicely appointed, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. Perfect for our visit.”
