Freistehendes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend des historischen Zentrums von Orta San Giulio, mit dem gemütlichen Charme eines alten Landhauses mit privatem Garten am See. Blick auf die Insel und die Madonna del Sasso. Ideal für Liebhaber des Sees und des Schwimmens. 4 Gehminuten vom zentralen Platz von Orta und 7 Minuten vom städtischen Parkplatz entfernt.
Im Erdgeschoss Eingangshalle, Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, im ersten Stock zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, im zweiten Stock zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und Waschküche, im Dachgeschoss Trockenraum.
Garten mit Sonnenschirm, Tisch und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Direkter Zugang zum See mit 4 Steinstufen.

Nous avons séjourné en famille à la "Maison du lac" à Orta San Giulio en août 2024, elle est charmante et extrêmement agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, au bord du lac et très calme même si la maison est située à 5 minutes à pied du centre. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. La communication avec l'hôte a toujours été facile et agréable. Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien mais le réseau mobile est excellent. Les 2 chambres de couple ont des lits très agréables, les lits des 2 autres chambres conviennent plutôt à des enfants ou adolescents qu'à des adultes. Ce séjour en famille nous laisse d'excellents souvenirs.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home directly on Lago d'Orta. Francesca was a very helpful, communicative host. Everything was very clean and the home was very well maintained. Very good size for a family or for entertaining guests. Highly recommend for a visit to Orta San Giulio.

Francesca’s house on Lake Orta, just a short walk from the charming little village of Orta San Giulio, was a perfect stay. The house is right on the lake, wonderfully clean and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to enjoy the lake and it’s surrounds.

The house is pretty and in a great situation, close to the town with direct access to the lake. We loved swimming from the steps on the terrace before an evening drink in the sunshine. Bedrooms overlooking the lake are lovely.

Beautiful spacious lakeside house with access to the lake from the back garden - perfect for our group of friends out in Italy for a wedding in the town. The piazza with its many restaurants and gelato shops is a five minute walk away which makes this a pretty perfect location to just be able to dump the car and wander around the town. Lots of useful things provided (coffee pots, towels, sun beds etc.) but sadly the fishing rod proved unsuccessful at catching lunch. Parking is in the town car park (10 min walk) at €5/day at the time of writing - vehicle access to the house to drop bags though. Only downside was that the cleaning fee wasn’t mentioned in our original booking, but I think Francesca has rectified this now so it will show up at the time of booking.

Francesca’s place was all we expected and more! The house is beautiful and tidy and has everything you can possible need in way of kitchen utensils etc. The water of the lake is crystal clear and the access from the steps is easy. When we visited it was really warm too. Even our 4&5 year old kids could swim there with their swim rings! Francesca was very friendly and helpful, thank you F for everything! When we stayed the weather was very hot (even +37 Celsius) but downstairs it stayed pleasantly cool. On the top floor it was really hot though, but I believe that this really was exceptional heat for June at least. The restaurants are very close by and there is a little shop for groceries as well as a bakery. For a bigger (and cheaper) selection you might want to go to another village (we went by taxi, but you could cycle too). Strong recommendation!

Francesca’s Lago d’Orta home was the absolute perfect place for our two families to land after our overseas travel. The house and setting is a fairytale, everything was perfect. The house is beautifully and meticulously kept, the location perfect for quick strolls into the piazza, letting our kids roam free and the lake access so much fun. All of us, grown ups too, had the best time jumping into the lake! We had an incredible stay and will always have fond memories. ❤️

We very much enjoyed our stay in Francesca’s lovely old house on the lake at Orta San Giulio. The weather was cold and rainy, but we were warm and snug, especially when we lit the open fire. The kitchen is amazingly equipped and the house very comfortable. Francesca went out of her way to be helpful to us in getting to the property and obtaining our provisions. And the view of the island monastery , illuminated at night, is truly magical.

Vermieter: Sehr, sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Über Handy wäre jederzeit ein Kontakt möglich gewesen, falls es Fragen oder Wünsche gegeben hätte. Zusätzlich haben wir viele Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Veranstaltungen erhalten. (Nochmals vielen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme!) Unterkunft: Das ganze Haus war ausnahmslos blitzlank geputzt - vom Geschirr über die Räumlichkeiten bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Die Aussattung ist auch für größere Gruppen ausreichend und lässt auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Lage: Der direkte Zugang zum See ist traumhaft, die Aussicht auf die Isola San Giulio zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit einfach grandios. Bis in den Ort incl. der täglichen Touristengruppen (bis ca. 18:00 Uhr) ist es nicht weit und führt an einer sehr guten Pizzeria vorbei. Zusammengefasst: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - jederzeit wieder!

Vi var en gruppe på 5 familiemedlemmer som tilbragte 3 dage i dette fantastiske hus. Huset var smukt og praktisk indrettet, og der var meget rent over alt. Og beliggenheden lige ned til søen var helt unik. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette maison les pieds dans l'eau, nous avons été sous le charme de la maison et son environnement, au cœur du village. De nombreuses promenades à pieds sont accessibles. Les baignades dans une eau limpide à laquelle nous accédons par quelques marches, l'apéritif face à l'Ile, les chambres spacieuses avec une vue magnifique, tout était là pour faire de ce séjour au bord du lac d'Orta un moment exceptionnel. Même élégance pour la maison que pour sa propriétaire. Son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité, ont permis d'organiser ce séjour sans que les questions d'horaires ou de parking soient un problème à aucun moment. Un grand merci.

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in diesem mit viel Liebe hergerichteten Ferienhaus. Wir genossen den gepflegten Garten, die gut eingerichteten Zimmer und die Pergola. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser war genial. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Frau. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für das Vertrauen und kommen gerne wieder.
