The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when I informed them about my medical needs. The rooms are clean and a standard size for Japan. The bed was quite comfortable. Fresh towels everyday and they will clean your room perfectly if you place the sign on your door. Most of the literature in the hotel also has an English translation, so bonus!
There is also a gender-segregated Onsen on the 1st floor. I did not use this due to my medical issues, so cannot provide an opinion. Other handy amenities include a Laundry Room with a paid Washer/Dryer, Vending Machine for soft drinks, and a free Microwave so you can heat up Konbini food. There is free curry every evening, and it's a decent curry too!
It's a very short walk to the Kintetsu Station, which takes you to Tennoji in 10 minutes via a regular Semi-Express train. The car park has about 20 spaces, all big spaces with backstops for easy parking. The local area is very quiet also, being about 10 miles away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori and the like.
The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely consider staying here again.
