Also, just a 3 minute walk to the Sand Bar, which has bands, food, and drinks. Large covered area on ground floor allow plenty of area for crawfish boils, bbq, and entertaining. Living and sleeping areas are only accessible via stairs.

Sleeping arrangements are 2 queen beds and a kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The guest room and kids room share a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs with quick access to bbq area/picnic tables.
Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, Tupperware, and large electric griddle. Typical spices are stocked.
No smoking in camp. No large groups/gatherings. Please respect neighbors. Prefer to rent to mature renters. There is 1 camera on the property - it is located on the pier at the boat lift. If you'd like to know how to turn it off for your stay, please ask for instructions
