This was the most humiliating hotel experience my family has ever endured. We booked a room for two adults and two children, based on the hotel's stated policy that two children under 11 stay free. Upon arrival, the front desk manager, aggressively accused me of violating hotel rules because we had four children—even though our reservation and the policy supported it.
He refused to listen, threatened to call the police, and charged my card for a second room without consent. That night, with no justification, my entire family—including a 3-year-old—was forcibly removed from the hotel by police, who appeared to be on friendly terms with the manager. Despite promises of a refund, we’ve received nothing as of May 7.
The hotel reeked of smoke, the management was hostile, and the treatment we received was deeply traumatic and unprofessional. We were welcomed with kindness at a nearby Holiday Inn, proving this was not a misunderstanding—it was discrimination, poor management, and a breach of Wyndham's own policy. Avoid this place at all costs.
