We had to move to a different room after the first night as we were situated over the front door which banged almost all night long. As well, the noise from people out on the street also went on all night as they sat themselves out on the patio area outside the hotel for long periods of time and chatted very loudly. Do not book room 201 ever, even though it looks like a nice room, you will regret it!
It's a self-service hotel but there is a customer service rep who helped us get another room, although we had to come back twice the next day which cut into our plans. He gave us a room with almost the same view as the bad room but on the 6th floor and it was so quiet. I was grateful for the assistance. The breakfasts were so-so, often there were no bowls or when you asked for something some of the restaurant staff were borderline rude.
The hotel is in a convenient area but I don't think we would stay there again. It's really not that clean and we're not very picky. But if you stay there, ask for a room on an upper floor and don't bother with their breakfast and it will probably be ok for a night or two.
