“House accommodated our family of 5 nicely and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, but it didn’t have a toaster. All the beds were very comfortable. Having the river, really close to the back yard, was a major plus. We utilized the fire pit and hot tub and experienced no problem with these amenities. The washer seems to only stain whites, not colors. We reported the ice maker did not work properly and so we just bought ice instead. We feel the house could benefit……

“Our extended family of 9 had a wonderful week in this large, clean house on beautiful Lake Stevens. The house is light and airy, with large picture windows with lake views. There are two sets of stairs separating the various bedroom floors, and a very steep lawn backyard, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Trampoline and fire pit in yard that kids loved. Easy walk to a kids park and wading beach. Comfortable beautiful large house. Very responsive host as well. We loved it. ”

“Perfect space for my husband and I to use as a home base for our family reunion nearby. The cottage is cutely decorated and cozy and comfortable. We didn’t get to explore the outside of the property much but our host left us a bowl of freshly picked raspberries on the front porch to welcome us our first night. A newly added sunroom was an added bonus. Marilee is awesome and very accessible if you need or have any questions or requests. Highly recommend this property. We will stay here again in……

“We were post-cruise and looking for a house so our family of 5 could stretch out a bit for a few days while visiting family in the area. This was perfect! Everyone had a space to retreat to (library, arcade, family room, etc). It had everything we needed and the owners were very quick to reply to questions. Very happy with this property and our stay. It was also very close to hiking (Granite Fall Fish Ladder) that was accessible to kids and adults. Our family in the area was able to come over……

“Our stay was super comfortable. We loved the place. It's exactly as described and shown in pics. The property manager is really friendly, they allowed early check-in. My friends enjoyed the massage chair. The hot tubs looked clean and we're ready for us. The sauna was a bit confusing, but it hear up quick. The place has a will stocked kitchen as well”

“The house was an amazing gathering space for a large group. We had a guys weekend with 12 guys and the property delivered. Lots of beds, kitchen with plenty of cookware, huge TV (we used for gaming), good sized BBQ, anmazing views, and great layout. Saw some bald eagles flying around which was very cool! We were able to hang out on a covered deck and play games on the yard below. Would consider using this property again for another group gathering. ”

“Terrific rental property. We loved the river, the hot tub, the porch overlooking the river. Pantry was stocked with useful condiments, including coffee beans. Granite Falls is close enough to get groceries easily (and there's a couple of nice restaurants there, which we visited on an earlier trip to the area), but you feel quite isolated. Good hiking trails nearby. The owners were quick to respond to questions. Clean, comfortable. Highly recommended.”
