Overall the resort is really nice. The staff were friendly, the beach is great, and the pool and hot tub are clean, there's even a nice little BBQ area. There is a place down the road where you can easily rent paddle boards, kayaks etc. which was really nice, but would love to see the hotel offer this service onsite. The food at the restaurant is mediocre pub food at best. Disappointing as it's so beautiful and has great potential. The inroom coffee is disgusting, it's 2025 there is no reason for bad coffee in a hotel. They say they have an onsite store which isn't accurate, they have three shelves at the front desk with a few items. If this resort put the effort into good food, coffee, rentals, and a little store, it would be five star. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

The resort and staff were great! The only reason I took off 1 star was because the pullout couch was not comfortable in the 1 bedroom unit. I think it would be better to have 2 queens in a one bedroom unit vs the pull out couch.

My new favorite resort in the Okanagan. Facilities are beautiful and wasnt overly expensive. I only wish there was an adults only area.

Property could use a refresh but nothing major. Everything was comfortable and in working order. Pool/beach service is an absolute bonus. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Cleaning was hit and miss, we asked for bare minimum, empty garbage and ensure clean towels - had to follow up a few times. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. We visited during the summer, so the swimming pool was a bit crowded, but the beach, though small, was much more peaceful.

The toilets are miniature - for kids and small people. That’s my only beef with the place. Anyone over 5-8 or 175 pounds will have trouble sitting down on the bathroom toilets. They need to renovate

The staff were friendly and kind however you can tell that the property is really taking a beating. The walls damaged, bathroom paint peeling off, dirty old couch and furniture and dirty BBQs. The pool was not as clean as I remember and honestly the whole luxury that used to come with this hotel was no longer there.

Unfortunately the service it's insanely subpar. They missed my stay over service saying my DND was on, but I specifically told the FD that we were out and DND could be broken. I was provided an additional 30 min for check, and they had no issues breaking the DND then. Pool service was also abysmal. If you have to chase your server constantly to get food or drinks that's a huge problem. Overall, for the price paid I was extremely disappointed. We were celebrating our anniversary and not one staff member acknowledged it and nothing special was prepared for us. We also had requested a crib which was never provided so baby ended sleeping with us the entire stay. I would not recommend this property.

We had a fantastic family vacation here, The pool area is wonderful, and love the convenient private beach access. The communal bbq’s and picnic area are great. The floor of our unit was noticeably dirty when baby was crawling around and the pillows were uncomfortable for my liking but we will still be booking back in for next year!
