“Good location, quiet. Short walk to Warm Mineral Springs. Easy access to US41. Large, comfortable bed in small combined bedroom/kitchenette/living area. Separate adequate bathroom with nice shower. Large, walk-in closet with shelving for storage. Minimal kitchen, no DW, but with large fridge. Had to bring own coffee maker. Very nice laundry room is shared with another tenant, wasn't a problem. Abundant parking is on the lot.”

“Chose this unit due to the access to the beach, but after booking we find out there is no access. A ten digit entry code is excessive. The "rules" by Vacasa didn't lend a carefree beach visit. Seemed like furniture and kitchen supplies were 2nd hand and cheap. Only one toilet paper roll for a stay was pretty frugal. We had to buy some. The couch/recliner was not comfortable at all.Unfortunately, other units were being remodeled so the construction noise was not relaxing. We understand that it……

“Overall, this was a great property, very clean. I was surprised by our Easter gift in the fridge from Vacasa couch was comfortable although the bed was a little firm, but that didn’t keep me from crashing at night. Walking distance to beach, homes access was blocked due to hurricane damage, but we just used the next one down🤷 All the locals are friendly and helpful.
