Fully private fenced villa with pool – ideal for families, pet friendly

Villa Oleandri is the ideal holiday home in Le Marche for those who wish to share their stay with their four-legged friends, without giving up comfort and tranquility. Perched at the highest point of the estate, it offers a breathtaking view over the rolling countryside and the charming medieval village of Ostra.



Lovingly restored using original antique materials, it retains all the authentic charm of a traditional rural home, enriched with the comforts of a luxury retreat. Outside, a 3,000 sqm garden filled with flowers and aromatic plants invites you to relax in total privacy, perhaps with a refreshing dip in your private pool.



With its 100 sqm, the villa can accommodate up to 5 guests. It features a spacious living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The covered veranda is perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding surrounded by nature.



Fully fenced, Villa Oleandri is a true pet-friendly haven, where your furry companions can roam safely and freely, making your holiday peaceful and memorable for everyone.

Wonderful.We were there with our dogto celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.We wanted it to be special, and it was!This house has a stunning location, nestled in the Marche hills, with a view of the historic center of Ostra from the garden. The garden was fully fenced, and our dog could run around freely. The pool was also very nice. The house was neat and stylishly decorated.Francesco and Giulia are excellent hosts. They give you all the privacy you need, but if you need them, they're always there for you. They're incredibly pleasant to work with. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful holiday.Best, Anja and Mari

Molto positiva sotto molti punti di vista. Il padrone di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo gli insetti, che hanno complicato non poco la vacanza. Questo per spiegare l'assenza delle due stelle che mancano per il massimo dei voti.

Fijne plek om LeMarche te ontdekken

Woning was prima. Alles schoon en nieuw. Beperkte ruimte met 5 personen, maar voldoende omdat je toch buiten leeft. Fijn terras en moestuin om je eigen tomaten te plukken. Airco was noodzakelijk met de extreme hitte deze week.
