“I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into.”

We had booked the room for a couple for the night but after seeing the room we could absolutely fit the 3 children next time we come back. We would book again. Happy with our stay, easy communication, clean and close to Kapiti shops and park.”
