“I was incredibly happy with my stay! Yes the hotel is older and can use some renovations but it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful! The live music and club were very fun but I would advise sleeping with ear plugs if you are on the poolside. You can request to be on the quiet side and they asked me when I checked in but I was fine with my ear plugs in. I also really enjoyed the large pool as it was so refreshing on a hot day. “I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“Deceiving. It says one room and can accommodate 6 people but there’s zero room and can barely accommodate 3 people comfortably that I end up adding another room. Parking is extra. The location was great but the hotel rules is out of this world. Customer Service is ZERO. The first day we got there, they provided 5 towels for 10 people. They are more concern of their house rules than making their guest happy. I will never go back to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.”

“Well-cleaned, excellent and quick service, good breakfast (wish there were more vegetarian options but it's the Philippines so expected). Unfortunately quite a few insects got in, like previous reviews have mentioned. And the location could be a bit better but that wasn't a big deal.”
