“We absolutely loved this place and hated to leave but as they say, all good things must end. The pool and beach are right outside the back door. The weekend was a little busy as to be expected and parking was a little hard to come by but once Sunday afternoon rolled around we pretty much had the complex to ourselves with just a few others coming around occasionally. Juan was always quick to reply when needed. The only difficulty we had was initially getting through security as the language……

The owner of the property has obviously put a great deal of time and thought into ensuring that everything you could possibly need during your stay is available for you. You have truly thought of everything. Right down to the smallest detail. Juan (the local property manager) was there to meet us upon arrival and ensured we were made aware of not just the condo (he walked us around Playa Serena) but everything about the local area.……

Facility is secure with and wonderful pools and easy beach access. Includes a small restaurant and bar with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Host quickly responded to all our questions. Highly recommend 1007. Tips: go to gym early before it gets crowded and bring your own pickleball equip. ”
