“We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in the chalet. Everything was just as advertised and the home was very clean. There was a lot more space than we expected and it was well stocked with all the necessities, which is not very common with most rentals. The location was excellent. It feels like you’re in a remote area tucked away when you’re in the chalet, but it is a very short drive to anywhere you want to go. We had a toddler with us and all the toys were perfect for him. “Some aspects of the hotel were excellent others not so good. Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there which was 6 days, and had not been cleaned well before we checked in. There was a hyperdermic needle in our chair ( had the front desk immediately remove the chair) also found someones underwear behind the trash can when I took my own trash out. On the plus side the breakfast was good each day, the front desk crew was excellent, I had two dogs with me ,and unlike another nearby……

“The area surrounding the hotel wasn't the best. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn't seem like it was thoroughly cleaned before check in - dirt/dust on the floor and hair in the shower. Also, the doors slam very loudly and there were a fair amount of dogs barking. Pool was small, but my kids liked it. Breakfast was good - lots of options and eating area was clean and updated.”
