“I have used VRBO MANY times but this rental was just totally weird. In this 2 bedroom apartment there were 2 rooms with renters and/or the owner around too. Each renter had a bedroom and the living room and kitchen were communal. I used neither. Each bedroom door had it's name written on a piece of paper thumbtacked to the door. The kitchen had the owners food and "stuff" in it and there were no lights in the kitchen, counters or fridge! I had to use my phone. When I saw it was already in use I……

“terrible experiance . I never received a check in email dispite requesting check in datails by email several times . I went to the property that I had booked and paid for and knocked on the door . I was told it was not a short term rental despite being sure of the address . 5 minutes later I got an email from verbo stating the reservation had been canceled leaving me with no place to stay at 10:30 at night”
