“Hotel is too old and didn't have enough maintenance. Not so grand as expected. According to the interior condition, they seemed didn't concern the feeling of the customer. Won't not stay here again.”

“The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their guest’s needs. I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast at Feast + Revel and the hotel’s iconic roof top bar which played great music. In addition, the hotel’s location was perfect in terms of proximity to attractions and restaurants, everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when in Ottawa! ”

“The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. ”

“Property is lovely, staff are great. Rooms are good. The breakfast could use improvement, options are limited. Pastries were dry but the muffins were good, so food quality doesn’t match how clean and well maintained the property is. ”

“It was a one night stay for business. I would have liked to see a clock on the bedside table so I didn't have to fumble around to find my phone and time in the middle of the night. Also, there was no safe in the room. No ability to lock valuables therefore I had to carry them with me which I didn't want.”
