At check in the woman tried saying i owed over a $230 balance when i paid in full when booking. Shower was NOT clean and had soap scum buildup and you could feel thing's still on the shower shelves. Water also had a horrible rotten egg smell to it.

Gave this place a second shot. Terrible from the dayshift staff, dirty out of date water park and the room on the same level to the parking lot had sliding patio doors that had been completely tore off (which no one knew about apparently)..Let staff know. They didn’t care. They did put us in a room directly across from it 45 minutes later. Towels in the room were wet. Asked to speak to a manager. None on duty. I did call the next day to speak with one. 4 days later. No response. Move on from this one

We truly did enjoy some aspects of our stay, and we appreciate the opportunity to visit your property. However, I wanted to share a few concerns that unfortunately impacted our experience: The floors were quite dirty—walking barefoot left our feet black. None of the fireplaces were working, which was disappointing. The water in the jetted tub came out yellow, so we weren’t comfortable using it. The sheets provided for the hide-a-bed were dirty, and the down stairs hide-a-bed was unusable. The fans upstairs were extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. We completely understand that things can occasionally be missed, but given the number and nature of the issues, we feel a partial refund would be appropriate. We’re sharing this feedback in the hope it’s helpful for improving the experience for future guests. We’re sharing this feedback in the hope it’s .

Fix the water smell. Make sure your guests have hand soap. Make sure they know about the $100 deposit before the stay.

The food was terrible at both the cafe and Jack’s restaurant . There didn’t seem to be enough staff at the resort. The place needs renovation. It is so much different than what is pictured on-line. The waterpark was fun, though. TV/streaming was very slow - took a long time “buffering” We won’t be returning.

There is so much do here! I love that it is out of any city limits. You dont need to leave, they have everything you may need. Live music Friday and Saturday! 2 types of eateries. My son and I even got to watch a movie friday night! Totally worth it!

Racism at its finest! Staff sent the Mexican receptionist at the front desk to do all the dirty work. Very rude customer service horrible! Sun down town is what it felt like !! People of any color should not be out after the sun is down!! I would not send my dog to stay there 👎
