When I arrived at this property,the owners were there cleaning from the previous customers,and made me feel very welcome right away.They were very friendly and answered any questions I had about the property and the area. I most definitely will stay there again when I travel to Ottawa area from Alberta.I highly recommend this property

I felt very unsafe. It was a house with 3 rooms sharing a bathroom upstairs. Someone came in late and then parked in front of the driveway blocking exit.

The advt is misleading, nowhere it says its a townhouse located 8n a private residence. Moreover i didnt even go there, had to book another property for that night( must be showinf in your records ) The room downstairs alloted to me in this property may be hacing a private washroom but what about the access to other places in house. Quite a misleading advt and false too. Haved asked for refund , no reply yet.

1. Sneaky advertising. Room is advertised as a hotel room, and client ends-up in a shared room, in a 5 bedrooms shared house. 2. I appreciated the early check-in. 3. House is overbooked at 10 guests per house, although is only approved for 10 guests. 4. bathrooms are delapidated - no towels, no towels holders. 5. Barely anything provided in the kitchen. 6. A failed experiment - 2 out of 5.

Basically a small room in a house with paper thin walls. You don't know who is coming or going. Very unclean. Blanket had huge stains, sink plugged, towel had bleach marks, all furniture damaged. "Guests" cooking at all hours and you can't avoid the smells. Door left constantly open. Price for a small uncomfortable room is $95 a night, just get a hotel and have privacy and amenities.
