This was booked for my brother, so I arranged and paid for the room through Expedia and my brother stayed in the room. The reservation and payment were made last minute - and we went to check my brother into Sonder within an hour after booking things on Expedia. The check-in process was a nightmare and literally took about another hour. The staff working there were very helpful, but overall I would not ever book any kind of Sonder again. Too complicated and too long to verify ID and make everything just so. Not worth it to me. But I can't help but commend the 2 people working in the lobby who helped and finally enabled us to "check in" my brother and get the access code to the room, elevator and front door. Overall, just because of the complexity of checking in, I would not recommend any Sonder. I was so tired and frazzled after it, it just is not worth my time and headache.

Well labeled compared to other Sonders I’ve stayed at. It is a bit deceiving that it is called Sonder Rideau but that it is on Laurier. Very clean, lots of room and close location to everything. Was difficult to get laundry soap so we ended up not doing laundry.

Large room with king size bed, kitchen table and two chairs and two additional easy chairs. The kitchenette was perfect for our five day stay. Everything was very new and modern. The room also had a window which opened for fresh air. Very impressed

Soapy shower water backed up twice into the kitchen sink. Had a difficult time getting the access codes before arrival, apparently the Sonder app was having technical issues. The whole process was frustrating and unlike the previos stay we had at Sonder Arlo in Ottawa.

Sonder is the perfect set up. Location was 3 min walk to Farm Bot for groceries and the kitchen is fabulous complete with dishwasher. Layout was lovely. Location was perfect, we walked everywhere! 24km on our last day!

One of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The staff did an excellent job maintaining both the property and the rooms. I highly recommend this place. The only drawback was the onsite parking, which has a height limit of 1.9m (6 ft 2 in), while my SUV is 6 ft 6 in. Fortunately, nearby Ottawa city parking was convenient and just a short walk away. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
