“It was an excellent one. It is quite clean and smells so good. ”

“Auf den ersten Blick von außen ist man vom historischen Gebäude (erbaut 1915) und der gepflegten Gartenanlage auf der Eingangsseite begeistert. Wenn man allerdings näher kommt, blättert die Bilderbuch-Fassade buchstäblich. Hier sind Renovierungsarbeiten fällig. Die Einrichtung wirkt ebenfalls sehr opulent und historisch. Insgesamt also stimmig. Jedoch hat auch die ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Spa war geschlossen. In unserem großen Zimmer konnte man die Badewanne nicht benutzen, die Dusche……

“This was a great stay and a great room. The staff was amazing. Only problem at all was that the bedroom let in too much light through the blinds and the door - people who need darkness to sleep should bring an eye mask. But everything else was wonderful and I would stay here again in a second.”

“We spent a wonderful week at this property. Everything is very clean, and the beds are very comfy. Lovely paths to the lake where there are kayaks, paddleboards to use. Highly recommend. tand a canoe to use.”

“A heritage house with all the heritage house charms. And the Manx Pub a minute away. A delightful find of Ontario beers and lamb curry, and many vegetarian options. A lovely spot, clean, convenient, and charming. I’ll stay again. ”
