“Great experience! Interesting setup with the shared kitchen etc...you get to meet people coming and going if you spend time on the main floor. Manny puts personal attention into the house and his guests, and is *very* helpful and friendly. Our specific space in the basement was roomy and the AC was cranked nice and low, bed was comfy, great lighting, heated bathroom mirror... *but* the folding couch is at the end of its life and in its current state I'd suggest it being a space for only 2 to……

“The property is in an ideal location and my room was incredible. I could live in the bathroom! There were all kinds of thoughtful amenities - I used a beach towel to take to the water and enjoy the sun. Everything was clean and in great condition. Staff were very kind and super easy to communicate with. Even though the location is on a "main" street, inside is peaceful and quiet. The lake is literally steps away. Very handy to have a food store right next door. You will honestly not regret……
