“We stayed here with our two kids (ages 8 and 2) and it was fun. We made dinner and played Monopoly at night, and drank coffee in the morning and looked at the ocean. The only thing that could be improved was adding a dish drying rack. There wasn’t a dish washer or rack so we had to use towels all over the counter. Other than, it was a great spot to spend a few days in Newport as it’s really close to Nye Beach but peaceful. ”

“The property itself looked a bit run down on arrival, but what an experience we had. This cute upgraded little unit was breathtaking and the views. Wow. The decoration was spot on, the pullout couch was surprisingly comfy. I heard the bed was a bit on the harder side, but nothing to complain about. The owner was so responsive and open. “A property with an amazing view and plenty of room for guests!Unfortunately, we did not have any hotwater due to a malfunctioning hotwater heater. Maintenance took most of the day to respond to us regarding this only to inform that it could not be repaired during our stay. The owner offered a 25% discount due to this, which for a very basic amenity seemed paltry. These sort of things happen however, and I'm sure it was just an anomaly and bad luck it happened when it did. Given the view, the……

“Fantastic views of the ocean from inside or outside, comfortable bed and chairs, nice heat, great hot tub. Very clean. Central location to take road trips of the coast. Only issue was controls for burners on vintage stove didn't work so great. Will visit again! ”

“Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. ”
