“This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and quiet. It was the perfect place for my family of 3 to stay, we had a variety of sleeping options to choose from. The location was great for us, near family we were visiting. We didn’t spend much time there, used the property just for sleeping and breakfast, also did a couple loads of laundry. Struggling with paying 175 for cleaning fee when we had to make sure all furniture was in it’s original location, load & start the dishwasher, and also empty the trash cans. Owner needs to check inside stairs for code compliance. Very short risers and very narrow treads with a lip overhang that makes the usable tread area very narrow. “My friends and I really enjoyed this property! As alumni, it’s super close to campus and easy to get Ubers to and from. Only thing to complain about would be the bathrooms not really being in the best conditions, and that communication fell off a little while the stay was in progress. (ie. asked for a later checkout on a Sunday and received no response back)”
