“We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.”

“Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage.”

“We stayed at Beagle Cottage in March for 4 nights with our 2 dogs- what a lovely house, really spectacular views, great garden and really well equipped kitchen and amenities.We loved sitting in the sunny living space, we were able to sit in the garden overlooking Bude and the coast, the beds were comfy & cosy.The local pub is great (booking advised!) and it’s really conveniently located for Bude and the surrounding destinations.We will be back! ”

It is in a quiet location but very close to the spectacular coastal sights and the coastal path in North Cornwall and North Devon. “We had a great Christmas week staying at the cottage. The cottage was cosy with the log burner and provided for a very comfortable stay. The split of bedrooms worked well for us, we stayed on the top floor with my wife's family on the bottom. There's a large well stocked Kitchen with a big table for us all to sit round.
