"Overall, The Dean was a lovely hotel to stay at. We were very impressed with our room and the general "vibe" of the hotel. We enjoyed a light dinner and drink in the Elephant Castle bar and breakfast was okay up at Sophie's rooftop bar (although a bit expensive)."

"They took out deposit with zero communication. We booked and paid half, they didn’t contact us for the further payment, just took the deposit and cancelled without notice, ruined our joint family reunion, then kept the large deposit."
