Very clean and tidy, easy checking in process on the morning of check in you are sent a message with the codes to get into the property and for the key safe of your room.

“Great apartment in the heart of Sheffield, and so near bars, restaurants and shopping. We parked in a multi story off Matilda Street as it was 24hour and a bargain for £20 for 2 nights. A short walk, no problem (great little cafe outside too for breakfast/brunch). The apartment was easy to find and the hosts were really helpful with directions/answering questions. My only gripe/suggestion to improve is for proper blackout curtains. Its near bars, so expect a bit of noise (earplugs work). ……
“Got they at 2.20 rang the ring doorbell no one answered nobody was there at all to say what was happening, when I booked I thought it was a room at a pub the woolpack going by the name and the the picture in the end I at find a alternate logging ”
“Lock on the bathroom didn’t work, wifi not great. We stayed in number 19 flat 3. Don’t feel it should be advertised as luxury/deluxe, location really good so would recommend for that. And good value for money, perfect for 1-2 nights 👍 Wife says could’ve done with another mirror for getting ready. ”
“It was absolutely lovely! Clean, comfy beds. Dishwasher. Everything you need to cook. No noise at all in the rooms, but as soon as you step outside you hear the lovely noise of the chickens and sheep - it’s so peaceful. Thank you so much! Will definitely be staying again. ”

Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable.

“Booked here for 3 nights inbetween moving house. The cooker was filthy and hasnt been cleaned for sometime. My room was next to the rear exit and washing machines where on until after 11.30pm with people loading washing in. Wasnt ideal. After booking i was sent a email to pay a deposit which was not mentioned and 7 days after checking out still had no refund and no reply to emails. Definitely cannot recommend this place. Was cheap but with the deposit not being refunsed i could of stayed……
