Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is all about its exceptional location. Located just a block from Main Street in downtown Ouray, this condo is just a short walk to everything that Ouray offers!

There is street parking for guests on 5th Avenue, facing the condo building.

This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric fireplace, and an outdoor patio with a gas grill. Although this unit doesn't have a dedicated washer and dryer, there is coin-operated guest laundry in the complex's common area.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
