- Walking distance to everything that makes Ouray special, including the famous Ouray Hot Springs, Ouray Perimeter Trail, and downtown - all literally just steps away.

- Recently updated, can sleep 5-6 (2 queen beds + large sectional sofa), has 1.5 baths, a FULLY STOCKED kitchen, new heat and air conditioning system, and an awesome wood-burning fireplace.

A wonderful retreat!

This beautiful place was literally just blocks from downtown. It was so clean and light when we walked in! It was steps from one of the towns famous hot springs, with wonderful views and a warm and cozy fireplace.

Our first time in Ouray and it was amazzing! This was just perfect! Clean, perfect views, great location and Kari was very hospitable. We loved the fireplace and that the hot springs were a walking distance. We will definitely be back!!!
