Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides ultimate convenience for everything that Ouray has to offer! It's located adjacent to Fellin Park, the home of Ouray's Mountain Air Music Series and the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. It's located just a few blocks from downtown Ouray which features delectable dining options and one-of-a-kind shops and art galleries. The condo features spectacular mountain views, an outdoor deck with a propane gas BBQ grill, WiFi, and Satellite TV.

Each bedroom has an adjoining en suite bathroom.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
