Our beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom townhome is all about its exceptional location! Located across the road from the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Fellin Park and a short stroll to historic downtown, this townhome provides ultimate year-round convenience and access to all that Ouray has to offer!

It features a large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an open concept floor plan that provides the perfect setting to gather with friends and family during your stay. Natural light and gorgeous mountain views are abundant with floor-to-ceiling windows in the sunroom. There is also a nicely landscaped shared space available for guests of the complex to use with an outdoor kitchen, gas grill, small refrigerator, and a dining area. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower located on the main floor, while the lower level has a larger bath with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. Guests also have access to the attached Garage.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
