Our newly remodeled, 4-story, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom townhome is in a prime location next to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and steps from the Riverwalk and Perimeter Trails. It's walking distance to downtown and central to everything Ouray has to offer! This unit features a fabulous kitchen with high-end appliances and granite countertops, a deck with a propane gas grill right off the dining area, and comfortable living space with a large flat-screen TV. Additionally, each bedroom offers a TV for your viewing entertainment. Along with garage parking for one car, there is a foosball table and flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.

Bed Configuration:

Master Bedroom -- Queen Bed (4th Level),
2nd Bedroom -- King Bed (3rd Level).
3rd Bedroom -- Two Twins (3rd Level).

The first floor offers a laundry closet for your use, the second floor features a comfortable living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room, while the third floor offers two cozy bedrooms, one with a king and one with two twin beds, both bedrooms share a full bath with a tub and shower. The 4th floor offers a queen bedroom with a sitting area and a 3/4 bathroom.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

There is parking for 1 car in the garage and two in the parking lot. Trailers are not permitted.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
