“Had a great time on the private Dock and swimming beach. Everyone caught fish from the dock. The indoor space allowed people to spread out when they wanted and also be together for meals and talking.”

“Beautiful home perfect for our party of 15. We could’ve had even more people. Super clean beach the hot tub pool was amazing on rainy days and any day for that matter large kitchen with two dishwashers and two fridges and two ovens were amazing. Ability to do laundry just made everything that much easier when we left.”

We loved the layout and it was perfect for two families staying together and still have privacy. The owner was great and communicated well. “This home hit all the buttons for us! The bunkhouse with a full fridge and bathroom, all queen beds was fabulous for my daughter’s family of 4 and having a sleepover with a cousin as well! The king beds in the home was also a great amenity. My husband and i appreciate having a master suite as well. We also appreciate that there no steps/stairs to navigate. “This was an absolutely perfect spot. Everything there to do is so accessible, yet it is perfectly private. The house was fabulous. It is set up so able to spend time with friends. “The home is well kept and easy to find.The home had most of the essentials. There were clean linens, dishes, paper towels, garbage bags, towels, shampoo, dish soap, etc.The rooms are spacious and work well. We had a frustration that none of the tables sat 6, but we knew that going in. One table seats 4, the counter seats 4, and the living room (upstairs and downstairs) both seat 5 comfortably and 6 if you don't mind being close.The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage.The……

“Really enjoyed our stay and would come back again! We came up to Breezy for a stay a d needed to be close to an event. The unit was perfect for us and came with all the furnishings. Beds were so comfortable. We even had a deer in the backyard grazing one evening. The management company, Woods to Water, was so great to communicate with and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this property and it is close to all of the Breezy Point restaurants.”
