“Check in was chaos due to staff shortages. Some people booking were waiting hours after check in time for their caravan to be available. Caravan beds were awful. Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. Left a day early as had enough.”

“The flat itself is very nice. Views over the bay and across to Wales unparalleled. Lots of little extras provided. Beds were comfy. Shower good. Kitchen had everything we needed. This was our second booking, won't be our last. The Marine Lake is just down the hill, as is the Captains Cabin, well worth a visit.We had several issues while we were there, none of which was the owners fault. Eg we got stuck in the lift.
