“Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking).”

“Overall, it was a nice property. The only thing I would warn guests about is the sound of the air conditioner. When the A/C was on, it was hard to hear the TV or have conversations with people if you're in the living room. It is possible we did not run the A/C correctly, and in full disclosure, I did not contact the owner about this so maybe there was something that could have been done. He was responsive so if there was something to be done, I'm guessing he would have done his best to do it.”

“The host was super easy to work with! Check in process simple, efficient, and no problems. The unit was spotless, cozy, so adorable and perfect for my husband and I. We are both in recovery and it was a perfect location for us away from big crowds, bar scene etc, but close enough to get to and from anywhere else in Cincy. We did use the washer and dryer downstairs available and loved they provided everything we needed for that. We never felt unsafe. It was also quiet. The house the unit is in is……

“We were in town for a sports tournament and stumbled upon this amazing VRBO right near the sports complex. It was super convenient and also close to all the best food and entertainment spots. The VRBO had everything a family could ever need, no matter how long we were there. The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, and they made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. “We live pretty locally, but needed to get out of our house while some work was being done. We were somewhat familiar with Cartridge Brewing - so we were excited to stay there. Having lived in lofts in the past, I will say this is one of the better lofts I've stayed in. We had fun and enjoyed great food at the brewery.”

“Cincinnati is a half way point for the cousins, so we decided to meet up and stay at this great place. It was perfectly located close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. Host was nice and easy to work with. The stairs were a little steep for my 80 year old mother but the listing showed us that there were stairs. The decor was great. Beds were very comfortable but bring your own pillow. There is a lot of traffic in this area and you have to park on the street but it was very convenient……

“I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. ”

“The space worked for what we needed that weekend. Unfortunately, a few things occurred/noticed. They use credit card processing outside of VRBO and caused credit card to alert for fraud and not process easily. The yard had not been tended to in a while and was overgrown. The neighbors were a bit rough looking in nature cause for concern. Someone was smoking a lot of weed in the basement one night and property smelled. ”
