“This was the perfect spot for my family of four with two teens. While we did not bring our dogs it is pet friendly. The place is updated and very nice, safe, quiet, and a just a quick walk to the beach. The place was clean overall, however the bunk bed bedding was not the cleanest and the floors weren’t as clean as they needed to be. With that being said we would still stay here again in the future! We will be back! ”

“We discovered Port St. Joe's last summer and decided to return in April. Both mid August and late April were fantastic - great weather and NO CROWDS. The house is amazing with fantastic views and porches. Comfortable deck furniture. Note that there is a stone wall between a short beach and the water. That was not an issue for us since we don't go in the water but if you had kids who wanted to go in, you'd have to walk or ride down a bit on the beach past the rocks. I'm assuming they are there……

“Our family stayed for a week, and we were so blessed! The house easily accommodated our 5 children, my husband and myself. The house had EVERYTHING we needed from toiletries, linens, laundry detergent, and kitchen appliances. Yes, there is a crock pot! There was nothing we needed to bring other than ourselves, beach attire and some food:) We really appreciated the ease with which we could get to the beach. The beach wagon at the house, along with the sand toys made for lots of creative magic on……

“Loved every minute of our visit. Brought family & friends to the beach. House, location, & weather combination was perfect. Even the price was right.Golf cart was an added bonus. So glad we chose this trip. ”

“The house was just perfect for my family and my parents. The screened in porch was great to be able to be outside with the kids without worrying about them getting too close to the pool. We had a great time and would recommend this place. We rented a golf cart so we could access the beach quickly and easily. There's also a playground nearby that we visited almost every day. ”

While we found it to be clean upon arrival, giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one detail that was missed & we found the source upon checkout (a soiled pillow that was contributing to a pet urine smell we couldn't pinpoint in the master bedroom). The host was gracious in responding to this finding & replaced the pillow for the next renters. ”

“This home was beautiful! It was so clean! Loved the decor! It was stocked with everything you could need and want! I loved that there were plenty of towels and washcloth's. There were beach towels available, which helped save space in our luggage! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. We have young kids and the house had everything you could need with littles! We loved the golf cart and all the chairs and umbrellas available to use! The host, Chelsea, was so nice and quick to respond!……
