“This is a lovely spot right on the beach. Mexico Beach is not very built up, but everything you need is either right across the street or a short drive away. If you enjoy biking, drive out to Cape San Blas and the State Park. The only concern with this condo is that you need to be able to handle lots of stairs. But this home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well supplied. Thank you for a great stay. ”

“We had a wonderful time staying here! The weather was in the 60’s and the heated pool was perfect. It was a little cooler than expected one morning, and I contacted the host and he graciously made a change and it was perfect the rest of the time. I mentioned the water was a little cloudy and the pool guy was there that day to treat it. Everything was great! Easy walk to a non crowded beautiful beach. ”

“This is a newer home that was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the golf cart was the cherry on top. We were close to everything including the beach and will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!”

“There were 5 of us and our dog, Ramona! We had the best time and the place was huge! Loved the 3rd floor kitchen with the living rooms on either side! We enjoyed coffee on the 3rd deck each morning and the walk to the beach was quick and easy for us all. “From booking forward, Ashley was great to deal with. She’s got some of the best checkin & checkout docs I’ve seen and she communicated with us throughout our stay. The unit is at the far end of the Barrier Dunes complex and directly faces the water; it’s the second of four units in the building when you approach.
