The building itself was fine, staff where helpful. The room itself was ok, the fan in the bathroom didnt work, towels where wet sitting on their respective shelf, mold in bathroom, light switch didnt turn on anything had to use flashlight to find a lamp to turn on, bed and pillows where awful, tv didnt work, it was quiet for the most part, somewhere in the room.abovr had a wheelchair and rocked back and forth most of the night. Expensive for what they offered.

Its a low budget hotel. Got the job done. The pool was closed due to cleaning the first day. Do that mid week not on a friday through sunday. The main floor bathroom door doesn't shut, so you either have to go to your room or use the one stall bathroom in the pool area. In our room there was hair all over the back shower wall and bathroom floor. Not sure how they missed that. The bathroom sink doesn't drain well. So you have to wash your face quick, otherwise it fills up before you are done. Our tv never worked. No matter what input we used there was "no signal". The drain for the drinking fountain in pool area had sitting water, not draining. Gross to use. The breakfast coffee was terribly salty. So bizarre, everyone complained about it. The positives: The staff seemed friendly enough making eye contact and saying "good morning". The morning waffle maker. And the extended pool times 7 am to midnight.

I received a good price on the hotel. The whirlpool was murky and looked dirty. It was also lukewarm. We had another guest come into our room with their key card and our door was locked. The guest picked the wrong room but the key card worked on our room. When asked about this, the employee on duty said that this happens from time to time. Very disappointing.

The sink in the bathroom barely drained. The side entrance closest to our room was broken so we could only use the front door which was a distance. It was sleeting outside so apparently that was the reason no one had any tv all night or the next morning (Direct TV). Beds were extremely hard. The phone line in the room to the front desk was very static sounding and hard to hear. Only positive I can think of was the shower worked well and the breakfast was decent. The common areas appeared clean and maintained.

I’ve stayed here three times now mainly due to convenience, price and it being pet friendly as I travel with my dog often. I can appreciate that the hotel owners have made upgrades to the breakfast area and lobby and I do feel there is an effort made to be hospitable. There have been some maintenance issues that don’t seem to be a priority. Once the smoke detector in my room had been pulled out of the wall, wrapped in a plastic bag, and rubber banded shut and housekeeping must not have noticed this. The jacuzzi in my room had no plug for the drain so could not hold water. Management seemed perplexed as to how to fill the tub. The lobby bathroom has been out of order all three times I’ve stayed there. The first time I tried to check in, no one was at the desk, no one responded when I rang the bell or called the hotel phone and I waited for at least 10 minutes until someone came from down the hall carrying a plate of food.
