I drove up to check in but had no access code emailed to me. I had to sit in my car and email again to get a code. As I looked at the entrances there were piles of garbage at every door. Once I received the code, I entered my room - it smelled so bad! I think it was coming from the refrigerator. There was no soap, no toilet paper no towels and no garbage can! There was a ceiling tile over the closet area that was falling down. The bathroom seemed clean enough until I closed the bathroom door and saw what looked like vomit between the door and the wall. I immediately had to go to Aldi to get disinfectant spray, Clorox wipes and a garbage bag. The walls are paper thin as I woke up hearing loud water running seemingly over my head. Then I heard a toilet flush and realized it was my neighbor going to the bathroom. The smell never went away and I couldn’t get out of that room fast enough the next morning. I think there is virtual check in because they don’t want to hear your complaints! I will never stay there again. The good reviews on line are obviously fake.

Self check in was a little disconcerting. Initially, hotel contacted us in regards to my stay few days in advance. But on the day of check in, no one contacted us with instructions on our self check in even after the check in time of 3 pm. We had to locate their phone number and contact them. Even then, they could not find our reservation which was prepaid. Eventually, they found it and text us the room, front door and room passcodes. They even sent us info for 2 different room but we only reserved 1. Despite our initial problems, our stay was good even though the room and towels had a slight strange odor.

This property and rooms needed passcodes for entry. I should have received those codes by the time I arrived t 5:30 pm. I, and many others there, could not gain entrance. They posted a phone number on the door of the hotel which turned out to be some guys private number. He said he’d been receiving phone calls like mine for 2 weeks. He provided a phone number which connected me to Mort who gave me the hotel entrance code, my room number and the code to get into the room. After many hours of traveling to reach this hotel, I had to go through these steps just to get into a room I’d already paid for. No one should have to deal with this kind of situation, yet I and all the others had to do so. This is no way to run a hotel.

It is mostly self service as no front desk there. key less entry. you punch codes in to facility and into your room. AC/Heater is good. Water is good. Toilet seat is small. just had problem with knob handle in bathtub as no cold water is coming out, just hot so unbearable to take a bath.
