The staff of very nice, beyond that, travelers should avoid this property unless there is no other choice. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Everything is broken and dirty. Holes in the walls, torn sheets, curtains and towels. Blood, yes blood, stained pillows. Water damaged floors and furnishings. Rotting food and trash in the breezeway for weeks. Overflowing trash recepticles everywhere. Matresses with broken springs and giant lumps and dips. I was there for a month for work and had no other choice. I had to clean my own room, change my own sheets and towels, and provide my own toilet paper. Not one single visit from housekeeping even after I requested housekeeping. People milling about the parking lot all night long fighting and arguing. Harleys starting up outside my window every night until 4am. The guy upstairs screaming at his girlfriend nightly while she slammed the door and threw furniture, presumably at him. On the bright side, the prostitute upstairs told me she would make sure nobody messed with my car. I can say, nothing happened to my car during the stay.

Filthy Room and Trash Property

Horrible Experience – Filthy and Unhygienic Stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and basic upkeep are not a priority here. The bathroom and shower were so filthy that we made the choice not to use the shower in the morning—something I never thought I’d have to do in a hotel. The towels provided were stained and looked like they hadn’t been properly washed in ages. The floor was so sticky that our shoes literally stuck to it with every step. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the entire space reeked of cigarette smoke. On top of that, there was a large burn hole in the curtain, which let in light all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The entire property was disgusting. Beer bottles and cans were scattered everywhere—on the stairs, second-story walkways, and even piled up on the AC unit right outside our room. To make matters worse, there was vomit on the stairs leading to our room and dog feces in the common areas. The smell of stale beer and urine permeated the entire place, making it unbearable to walk around. This was by far one of the dirtiest and most poorly maintained hotels I have ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor—stay anywhere else!

No Fridge. No Microwave. No Lamps. No Trash Can in the room. Strange Shower with poor water pressure. No Breakfast of any kind. Coffee was awful. TV Channel selection was garbage. WIFI was FREE but spotty and dropped daily. No Remote for the TV when I got in and it took an Hour to get it and I had to GO BACK for it because they obviously quit looking. I Travel KY a ton and the only thing worse I have ever seen was Roach Infested... but it had a Fridge, Lamps, Microwave, Trash Can etc etc. I will NEVER GO BACK to this place. And I MUST return to Owensboro in the future.

The room stink very badly. It took 20 minutes for the employee to check me in. She had to call her manager twice. There was no fridge or microwave. Extremely bare minimum facilities.

Staff friendly but unhelpful. Paid extra for delux was given a standard with no rate reduction. Room was in poor condition. No toiletries, bathroom electrical outlets not working. Ice bucket was a soup container, shower curtain moldy, bathroom ceiling black mold, door latch busted, towels soiled, severe sinus issues from over powering deodorizer. Pillows were comfy and the property was very quiet.

Absolutely horrible experience. I will never stay there again! And i hope this review helps others decide to not stay there either. Room was FILTHY when i arrived. Looked like it hadnt even been cleaned, only the bed changed...maybe. I personally cleaned off all the counter tops, the 2 chairs and the bathroom sink/counter. I also swiffered all the floors. I went through 2 dry swiffer cloths and THREE WET cloths!! Absolutely disgusting!! The faucet in the bathroom sink wasnt mounted to the sink, thr exhaust fan had no cover on it, and the light above the sink didnt work. So it left me with the tiny light in the shower which wasnt very bright at all! Oh and it gets better! I thought check out was at 12 like this app states but it actually is at 11. I found that out by the MALE housekeeper breaking the metal latch off the door to enter the room and WALKED IN ON ME WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER!!!!! To ask if i was checking out or staying. Absolutely Unbelievable & 100% uncalled for!!! Thank the lord I was still in the shower and not already done & drying off. & last but not least my $60 bottle of perfume magically disappeared while I was away from my room. ** i have photos of the filth but for some reason it wont let me add photos

Would've rathered slept on a park Bench!
