If you are elderly or have physical limitations, getting up and down with suitcases could be a little challenging. We put my elderly mother in the downstairs bedroom to avoid any possible falls. Walking distance to a pizza place, mexican restaurant, & a very cute ice cream truck. The bathroom is pretty small for someone who is over 6ft. That was my husbands only complaint. People on here complained about outdoor lighting- that is not an issue and I didnt feel unsafe ”
