We had parking behind our building, but didn’t need our car unless we wanted to venture out of town. We went during the week of the Maine Lobster Festival and had easy access, within walking distance, to everything Rockland had to offer: the lobster festival at Harbor Park, the ferry to Vinalhaven and North Haven, art galleries,……

“I’m not even kidding you, the apartment above the garage is lovely, very clean, great kitchen, small bathroom, basically all you need or could want. However, The walk down to the private beach and the private rocky beach itself is breathtaking, completely, and totally worth the price of the admittance. We had a fire on the beach every night and it was amazing. We could not possibly be any happier, hated to leave! Thanks again.”
