“Moldy bathroom, toilet so small that you can not even open the door fully. Capsule was to warm half of the people there left there door open, some where very noisy (23-01h) Mattress was dirty and had a red lump (cant define what it was) under the sheet. Shower had should be cleaned with vinegar. ”

“The hotel’s location is good and quiet. Close to the metro station and supermarket. Easy access to the city centre. ”

“酒店周圍有食店, 觀光點, 購物商場, 地鐵站就在旁邊, 非常方便。房間寬敞舒適, 有水壺可以泡茶或咖啡。早餐食品種類很豐富, 服務人員笑容滿臉, 樂於幫助, 這是讓我多次入住的原因。 如果硬要找不好的地方, 唯一可說的是淋浴的花灑不夠力而已, 但不算什麼問題。”

“we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us. the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us. the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday. For a budget……

“Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. ”

“Ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. Even buiten het stadscentrum, maar op kleine afstand van de metro die je snel overal naartoe brengt. Een aanrader”

“This hotel is truly a gem. With all of its greenery and bohemian atmosphere, it felt like a little oasis in the middle of Copenhagen. The staff were as friendly and helpful as could be. All of them were so lovely and accommodating. I will absolutely come back to this hotel when we are in Copenhagen again. ”
