“We were very impressed with the property and found it clean and well equipped. We were not successful, however, in getting access to the house using the code provided. We did try the back door and found that it was open. I was not happy with my contacts with Vacasa. After I waited for an opportunity to speak with a representative (1/2 hour) I suddenly was disconnected and had to call back and had to wait again for another 15 minutes. When I asked what the problem was he told me that Monday……

“Vacasa sent us directions to the lake house we cancelled instead of the new one on the river, so that caused some issues after driving all day (376 miles). It was upsetting but once i contacted them via text, they verified they made an error and sent the new directions. Still, we wasted a good hour trying to figure out the incorrect directions and everything. Thankfully, the correct cabin was beautiful as were the grounds and the beautiful raging river!
