“We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! We were decompressed in the gorgeous ambassadors suite in the tub and on the balcony.
