“The house fit our needs perfectly. It was very clean, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The TV's were nice with many viewing options. It was close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing town squares making it easy to get around. Definitely would recommend. ”

“My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for my nieces graduation from UF and stayed for a few nights to celebrate and enjoy some leisure and water activities. The house slept all 9 of us comfortably and we were able to gather around to have breakfast and lunches together. The kitchen is well stocked and with 3 bathrooms we all had our own privacy. The water toys were awesome! We kayaked and paddleboarded in the backyard and sat on the dock in the shade and enjoyed the……

“Located near grocery shopping, lots of boat ramps, Rainbow River State Park, Withlachoche Bike trail and many restaurants makes this location excellent. House is two levels with one living room, one kitchen and 2 bedrooms on each level. ”

“It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. ”

“The property was as the description described. The location was conveniently located, however the road noise was loud. The property renovations seemed unfinished, could use some cleaning of doors and walls. The mattresses in front and middle bedroom need replaced. The kitchen had a good selection of tools. The yard could use some attention.”

“It was everything and more than we thought. Our first time staying in the Villages and we enjoyed riding bikes and shopping everyday. The home was spacious, felt very safe and communicating with the owners was great. We hope to visit sometime soon. ”

“Over all very nice. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.Access to water was different than we expected from description but we made it work. We went and got new pot and pan and some utensils. Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.”
